Smart Processing in Sevierville, Tennessee, implemented the EdgeServ POS solution in a restaurant that is known for it's BBQ and Southern Gospel music, two great passions of owner, Tony Gore. And when Tony's needed a point of sale system, they turned to Smart Processing to provide a solution to help them manage their business.
The Smart Processing team, along with Peter Pataki from EdgeServ POS, installed a two terminal EdgeServ system, using the PAX Aries Customer Displays - perfect for counter service concepts, with the added benefit of built-in customer facing marketing tools.
